Portraiture marked the beginning of my artistic path and remains one of the most demanding and essential forms of visual expression.

 

These works are not focused on likeness alone, but on presence — on character, silence, and the inner state of the subject. A portrait becomes a space of trust between artist and subject, rather than a simple representation.

 

Each painting is a search for something deeper than appearance — a moment where time slows, and the human presence reveals itself with clarity and weight.

 

This direction continues to evolve as a central and enduring foundation of my work.
